1ST Annual Archbishop’s Golf Tournament A Success!

The First Annual Archbishop’s Golf Tournament is in the books!  Wednesday, over 80 golfers turned out in support of funding and Endowment for Seminary Education.  The tournament is one of two events in which the Archdiocese of Anchorage will try to raise a minimum level of funds to qualify for a matching grant from Catholic Extension Society.  The funds will be used to grow our endowment for Seminary Education. In Service Of The Lord; Sent!

In a recent conversation with a brother bishop, he said that just before Easter, someone fires a gun, and we (bishops) are on a mad dash from then until the end of June with all of the activities that fill the calendar this time of year.  That is a very good analogy!
